DEW Softech Inc in Newark, NJ is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead data center relocation projects in a hybrid work setup. You will coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver designs, builds, and migrations on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 10 years in IT project management for infrastructure, with proven data center moves and large headquarters migrations. Strong procurement and networking/telecom oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in infrastructure.
• Experience with data center moves/builds (facilities, network, compute, storage, migrate).
• Led large HQ moves (≥1000 users) including networking and telecom procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage DC design/build/migrate LAN/MDF projects portfolio.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Act as change agent to improve processes and programs.
• Provide guidance to project team throughout lifecycle to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and performance metrics.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.

Has performed more than 3 data center moves\builds (Facilities

Led>2 (1000 users scope) corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the networking and telecom procurement. New LAN \ MDF design-Build-Go-Live

Job Description – Infra PM:

The infrastructure of information technology comprises of hardware systems, software, network connections and servers.

The PM will manage project efforts for DC (new)design\build\migrate LAN\MDF design build projects portfolio.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Act as change agent to improve overall processes and programs.

Provide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements.

Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Report and elevate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
