Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in construction management or advisory services across various sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
