Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering) to lead reviews, audits, and oversight on large capital projects in the Deal Advisory practice.

You will analyze construction management processes, implement policy improvements, and mentor junior staff while upholding integrity and client service. The role requires collaboration across teams and willingness to travel for assignments in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of field construction management or advisory experience on large projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction phases, project management tools, and systems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
