We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and coordinate the enterprise-wide migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role requires experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects, particularly involving end-user device refreshes, OS upgrades, and cross-functional coordination between IT, security, procurement, and user support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration across all business units.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Coordinate with technical teams to assess hardware and application compatibility for Windows 11.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and change control processes.

Monitor progress and provide status updates to senior management and business units.

Ensure all migration activities (imaging, deployment, testing, rollback procedures) are executed on time and with minimal disruption.

Oversee communication and training plans for end-users, including support documentation and self-service materials.

Manage vendor relationships (e.g., hardware suppliers, software providers, consultants) where applicable.

Track project KPIs, resource allocation, budget usage, and post-deployment metrics.

Drive continuous improvement in deployment methodologies and user experience.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, or desktop rollout projects.

Demonstrated success managing Windows OS upgrade or laptop refresh programs at an enterprise level.

Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, GPOs, and Active Directory.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate with non-technical stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Familiarity with device provisioning tools like Autopilot or Windows Deployment Services (WDS).

Previous experience managing end-user transformation or digital workplace programs.

Understanding of information security and compliance in OS-level changes
