Qualifications
- Experience in syndicated loan markets and distribution.
- Experience with infrastructure and project finance.
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global network of institutional loan investors.
- Lead syndication and distribution activities for infrastructure and project finance.
- Develop distribution strategies and pricing decisions for transactions.
- Manage primary market sell-down and balance sheet distribution objectives.
- Originate and execute secondary loan market transactions.
- Collaborate with origination teams to identify opportunities.
- Monitor investor appetite and market conditions for execution.
- Prepare market intelligence and presentations for senior leadership.
