Job summary

gpac is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to support the execution of major infrastructure restoration and repair projects across the region. This role is designed for growth into a full Project Manager position with 1–5 years of civil or commercial construction experience.

The position requires regional travel up to 60% of the time and involves both office and active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–5 years of experience in civil or commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of infrastructure restoration and repair projects.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
