Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory within Deal Advisory. You will review construction management processes, lead contract reviews, and implement policy improvements for large capital projects, while working with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.

The role requires a background in engineering/construction management, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in field construction management or construction advisory on large capital projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field; professional certs preferred
• Client coordination and subcontractor management across full project lifecycle
• Experience with project management tools like Procore, E-Builder, Primavera, Prolog and others

Responsibilities

• Review and improve construction management processes and internal controls
• Lead contract reviews and project oversight on large capital projects
• Define and implement construction management policies and reporting
• Conduct reviews to evaluate progress, change orders, and schedule delays
• Collaborate with engagement teams for data collection, analysis and reporting
• Produce client deliverables and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
