Job summary

Cognizant in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives, including data center builds, cloud migrations, network upgrades, and DR/BCP programs.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure project management experience.
• Proven delivery of data center, network, server, storage, or cloud initiatives.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including data center builds and cloud migrations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, security, procurement, operations, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, status reports, governance materials, and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure infrastructure projects align with standards, compliance requirements, and objectives.
• Drive project governance, resource planning, and change management activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
