Shift: 3rd Shift (6pm)

As a production worker, you will be responsible for the following duties: Training provided

• Assist in the production of concrete products from subassemblies and raw materials.
• Perform form cleaning, reinforcing setup, form setup, concrete pouring & finishing, and work area cleanup.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Follow defined work plans and details accurately.
• Clean forms with tools to remove concrete buildup prior to the next pour.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Physical Demands: Employees must occasionally stand, walk, sit, handle objects, reach, talk, or hear. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment: Employees are regularly exposed to weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and noise. Occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions and vibration.
