Join a leading manufacturing facility in Greer, SC, known for producing high-quality plastic products used nationwide. This Production Worker position is your chance to step into a career with long-term potential, competitive pay, and a team that values consistency and quality.



Hours & Pay:


Shift: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule (work every other weekend)


Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour


Employment Type: Temp-to-hire after 520 hours


Orientation: 4 hours on Day 1 (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Load parts into production machines on a set schedule

  • Inspect and pack parts according to customer specifications and count accuracy

  • Prepare packing materials and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards

  • Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or technicians promptly

  • Notify quality control and shift supervisors of any defective products

  • Perform visual inspections throughout the production process

  • Use go/no-go devices, retain samples, and record production data accurately

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:



  • High School Diploma, GED, or transcript required

  • At least 3 years of consistent recent work history, preferably in manufacturing or production (plastics, inspection, packing)

  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Detail-oriented and dependable with a commitment to quality

  • Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
