About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented textile production worker to join our team at our Greenville, SC Manufacturing facility. As a Textile Production Worker , you will be responsible for organizing materials, performing general cleaning duties, and working on the production line. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all products are manufactured and delivered to our customers with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Organizes materials for production, following instructions and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Takes responsibility for contributing to a safe work environment; maintains clean and orderly work area.
• Conducts quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
• Performs various jobs in manufacturing process
• Transports materials by using pallet jack.
• Alerts direct supervisor of any complications that may arise.
• Works as a team to help co-workers when necessary.
• Rotates with other workers within the department, as needed.
• Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.)
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education And Experience

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferred
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  
  

Work Schedule/Location & Other Requirements:

• On-Site
• Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
• Location: Must be local to Greenville, SC
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay rate (hourly, non-exempt)
• Salary range is dependent upon candidate’s experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the local area.
• Annual Target Bonus, awarded based on company performance
• Annual Merit Increase, awarded based on individual performance
• Company Paid Holidays
• Annual Leave/PTO
• You will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and other supplemental plans on the 1st day of the month, following sixty (60) days of employment. Eligibility for 401(k) begins after ninety (90) days of employment. Employee premiums for benefit plans is determined by the Plan provider(s).
