Job summary

Atoms is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Manager to lead strategy for our internal services and platforms, including Core Compute (Kubernetes) and Networking (Service Mesh/Istio). You’ll help developers move faster, ship reliably, and reduce costs across cloud and on‑prem deployments.

As a force multiplier for the engineering org, you will align product initiatives with long‑term architecture, collaborate with leadership, and champion operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management for infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to translate complex tech requirements into features with business impact.
• Strong data‑driven decision making and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for internal services and platforms (Core Compute, Networking, storage primitives).
• Build monorepo developer experiences and automated release pipelines.
• Define reliability standards and ensure high uptime across the stack.
• Develop tools for cost attribution and optimization to scale infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in high‑growth areas and align with tech leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align product development with architecture.
