Job summary

Nscale is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform and is seeking a Product Manager to own deliveries across storage, networking, and compute services within the Cloud Platform Services team. You will work with platform engineers, design, research, and GTM to translate customer problems into shippable product outcomes.

In this role, you’ll drive multi-quarter initiatives, define success metrics, and shape experiences for platform operators and developers.

Qualifications

2–3 years of product management experience in software or technology.
Hands-on experience building/shipping products on top of cloud platforms.
Strong technical fluency for discussions with platform engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the deliveries and planning of platform service products (storage, networking, compute).
Partner with platform engineers and cloud-native engineers to deliver roadmap items.
Lead multi-sprint, cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to launch and measurement.
Translate customer needs and market trends into feasible product requirements.
Clarify ambiguous problems and align stakeholders across cloud, infra, and GTM.
Collaborate with design and research to shape experiences for operators and developers, validating hypotheses before engineering resources.
Define and drive metrics: reliability, time-to-cluster, workload density, cost efficiency, developer experience.
