Job summary

RSM is seeking an Infrastructure Consulting Intern to gain hands-on experience with client IT environments, including installation, implementation, and support of advanced systems and network infrastructure.

You will work on real projects across Office 365, Windows Server, Azure/AWS, and collaboration tools, with travel to client locations up to 25% and a focus on professional growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or Master’s degree in MIS, CS or IT concentration.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Visio; knowledge of Apple and Windows-based software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers and network related issues.
• Perform systems administration for Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstations across multiple clients.
• Develop IT operations plans to effectively manage and maintain a technology environment.
• Implementations or upgrades with leading vendors (Cisco, Meraki, VMware, NetApp or similar).
• Collaborate on upgrades and deployments with VoIP, video conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Advanced Windows Server and workstation administration and management.
• Assist in migrating on-premises infrastructure to cloud workloads (Azure/AWS).
• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users.
