Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in MIS, CS, or IT-related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network issues.
• Perform systems administration for Office 365, Windows servers and workstations.
• Assist in migrating on-premises infrastructure to cloud workloads (Azure or AWS).
• Assist in IT audits and infrastructure assessments.
• Provide phone and email technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate on upgrades with networking and collaboration tools.
