Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s in MIS, CS, or IT concentration.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Knowledge of Apple and Windows hardware/software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network issues.
• Perform systems administration for Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstations.
• Develop IT operations plans to manage a technology environment.
• Coordinate implementations or upgrades with Cisco, Palo Alto, HP, VMware, Nimble, NetApp or Meraki.
• Collaborate on upgrades and deployments with VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Migrate on‑premise infrastructure to Azure or AWS.
• Assist in client infrastructure assessments and IT audits.
• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users.
