Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, North America, to define and drive the regional manufacturing engineering strategy across product concept to ramp-up.

You will lead lean, automation, AI-enabled manufacturing, and sustained performance while partnering with factories, R&D, Supply Chain, and IT teams. The role requires guiding a high-performing regional team, implementing standardized technologies, and delivering OEE, throughput,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of manufacturing engineering, automation, or related experience; 5+ years leading regional or multi-site operations.
Proven leadership of large technical teams and cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

Own NA Manufacturing Engineering strategy, operating model, standards, governance, and capability roadmap across sites.
Lead product industrialization including DFM/DFMA, process architecture, and launch readiness.
Direct production system, line, cell, and facility design to optimize safety, quality, capacity and cost.
Establish and validate targets for OEE, throughput, yield, labor productivity, reliability, and energy use.
Lead equipment, tooling, automation, and supplier selection with standard specifications and TCO analysis.
Develop and execute the smart manufacturing roadmap: MES, SCADA, IIoT, robotics, digital work instructions, traceability, AI-enabled solutions.
Drive intralogistics, capacity planning, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee capital investment planning, governance, and benefit realization across the region.
Lead capacity, footprint, and network optimization including make-vs-buy decisions and facility expansions.
Set manufacturing technology, OT/IT, data, connectivity, maintenance, and cybersecurity standards.
Embed sustainability and energy efficiency into design and operations.
Build a high-performing regional engineering organization and standardize processes.
