Job description

The Manager, Global IT Infrastructure leads the governance, administration, reporting, compliance, and execution disciplines that support global infrastructure operations and is a key member of the Infrastructure Leadership team. This position leads a team while remaining directly involved in critical hands‑on infrastructure work across SOX audit readiness, asset and inventory management, project and portfolio governance, operational metrics, process standardization, contract and vendor oversight, and international procurement coordination. Focusing on providing structure, consistency, visibility, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across network, cloud, datacenter, compute, storage, voice, end-user technology, and related infrastructure services, this position translates technical, operational, financial, supplier, and compliance information into clear recommendations for global infrastructure, global IT and EMEA Operations leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Global leadership and operational governance: Serves as a point of IT escalation support for EMEA operations. Lead a team, set priorities, manage day‑to‑day activities, prioritize and balance workload, provide coaching, create backup coverage, develop capabilities and manage performance while executing high‑priority governance, reporting, analysis, audit, reconciliation, contract, and procurement activities to drive operational excellence for the global infrastructure team.
  • SOX audit and controls: Coordinate audit calendars, walkthroughs, evidence requests, control documentation, testing support, SOC report reviews, remediation tracking, and audit‑ready record retention.
  • Inventory and asset lifecycle management: Maintain authoritative infrastructure assets and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data across hardware, software, cloud resources, licenses, managed services, and related technology assets from planning through retirement and disposal. This includes maintaining the infrastructure disaster recovery documents.
  • Infrastructure portfolio and project management: Maintain a consolidated view of infrastructure initiatives, including scope, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies, decisions, resources, vendor deliverables, and transition readiness, and participate in global infrastructure project planning.
  • Infrastructure Service Metrics and Governance: Define operational KPIs and service level agreements, validate data, produce scorecards and management reporting, analyze trends, and convert findings into prioritized corrective actions for global infrastructure.
  • Process governance and continuous improvement: Maintain policies, procedures, templates, roles and responsibilities matrices, evidence guides, process maps, exception workflows, and improvement plans that promote consistency across regions for global infrastructure.
  • Contract and vendor governance: Manage infrastructure‑related contract and renewal registers, monitor supplier performance, coordinate statements of work and service levels, reconcile spending and consumption, and prevent unmanaged renewals or duplicate services to drive infrastructure cost savings
  • International procurement coordination: Coordinate cross‑border infrastructure purchases, approvals, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, delivery tracking, asset registration, and escalation of customs, tax, standards, import/export, or licensing questions to the appropriate functions.
