Job summary

Webber, LLC, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform maintenance and repairs on highway structures, bridges, and related systems. The role requires working at heights, operating heavy equipment, and participating in emergency response rotations to ensure safe, reliable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of construction/maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and CDL/DOT or electrical/welding certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding certifications highly desirable.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway structures including concrete, structural steel, welding and joints.
• Assist in traffic control measures (M.O.T.) for safe work zones.
• Work at heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Operate tools and equipment; perform manual/mechanical tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and rotations as required (overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays).
