Trilon is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join its active M&A execution team in Denver. The Analyst will work alongside senior deal leaders across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial evaluation through diligence, closing, and integration.

This role is based in Trilon's Downtown Denver office and requires regular in-office presence. The Analyst will build financial models, conduct analyses, coordinate due diligence, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial statement analysis, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, or M&A transaction execution.
• Strong oral and written communications skills required
• Strong and demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required
• Sound strategic and critical thinking skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of finance and M&A transaction concepts

Responsabilités

• Support transaction execution from initial evaluation through diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and other materials used to assess investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial, employee, client, project, and operational data to identify performance drivers, risks, and areas for further diligence.
• Develop investment theses and draft clear recommendations and materials for Trilon's Investment Committee and senior leadership.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams and collaborate with legal, accounting, tax, and other third-party advisors.
• Prepare presentations and discussion materials for meetings with potential partner firms and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Corporate Development Vice Presidents and other senior leaders on active deals and strategic projects.
• Take on increasing ownership over time, including managing service providers, leading defined workstreams, and supporting relationships with sellers.
