Qualifications

• 2-4 years UNIX/Linux production experience.
• 4+ years programming in Perl, Python, Bash or C derivative (C++, Java).
• 2-4 years data structures & databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• HSM support - Utimaco and Futurex.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams during releases.
• Experience with on-call support and troubleshooting production issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in MS Office, Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints and playbooks to guide deployment and integration.
• Review and develop software solutions to address manual and repetitive work or inefficiencies.
• Review and guide evaluation of reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for third-party products.
• Mentor infrastructure resources on infrastructure service and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Define, automate, and maintain support processes for data validation, entitlements integration, upgrades.
• Contribute to resilient messaging architectures for low latency/high throughput use cases.
• Collaborate between Production and Development teams to resolve blockers.
