Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching in enterprise campus and branch designs.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience deploying and operating SD-WAN solutions in distributed branch environments.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Cisco ISE for identity-based network access control.
• Experience supporting production networks, including problem management and structured change processes.
• Solid understanding of solution design, architecture principles, and enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Translates application and business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for technology solutions.
• Contributes to functional/non-functional product evaluation requirements across domains.
• Reviews and may develop software solutions to address manual and repetitive work.
• Evaluates reference models, blueprints, and playbooks, and conducts on-site evaluations of third-party products.
• Mentors Infrastructure resources on infrastructure service with validation tools to ensure compliance with standards.
• Promotes an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps resolve blockers.
• Translates business and regulatory requirements into enterprise-grade network architectures and deployment playbooks for large-scale branches.
• Designs, implements, and supports Cisco-based wired and SD-WAN branch networks across ATMs, card readers, cameras, and IoT endpoints.
• Leverages Cisco Catalyst Center for automation, visibility, and assurance across thousands of branch sites.
• Evaluates reference architectures to ensure fit for high-availability banking environments.
• Performs on-site and lab evaluations of third-party networking and security products for potential adoption.
• Develops automation and software-based solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve network reliability at scale.
• Provides senior guidance to analysts and engineers
• Supports production networks, including incident response and change control.
