Qualifications

• Independent work capability in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Cisco routing and switching experience in enterprise campuses.
• Experience with Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for automation and monitoring.
• Experience deploying SD-WAN in distributed branches.
• Knowledge of ZTNA and Cisco ISE for identity-based access.
• Experience supporting production networks with change processes.
• Strong design, architecture, and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical definitions, blueprints, and playbooks.
• Contribute to functional and non-functional product evaluation needs.
• Review and develop software solutions to reduce manual work.
• Evaluate reference models, playbooks, and third-party products.
• Mentor infrastructure teams to ensure standards compliance.
• Promote inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
• Design and support Cisco-based branch networks including ATMs and IoT.
• Drive automation and standardization across thousands of branches.
• Provide senior guidance to technical analysts and engineers.
• Support production networks including incident response and RCA.
