Job summary

Lake Seminole Square is offering a Marketing and Sales Systems Internship for 12 weeks (May–August), full-time (40 hours per week). Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, present outcomes to senior leadership, and gain broad exposure to the organization & its operations, focusing on Marketing and Sales.

You'll collaborate across departments, engage in mentorship, and participate in professional development and networking opportunities, with a competitive rate of $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Minimum of 2 years completed towards bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business or related field.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program.
• Ability to apply AI to enable, augment and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments.
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
• Gain a broad understanding of our industry and business operations and processes through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities.
• Develop business case for assignment clearly stating the business value, resources needed and key milestones for project.
• Work closely with manager on weekly updates against key milestones.
• Develop rollout plan with IT and business users.
• Reconcile the success of the project against original business case.
