LCS Living is seeking Accounting interns for a full-time 12-week summer program in Des Moines, IA, running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on experience by contributing to meaningful projects and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.

The program includes mentorship, networking, and exposure to the organization’s operations. You will work with Excel-based reporting, budgeting and financial analysis; must be pursuing an Accounting or Economics degree.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong background in MS Excel, and reporting.
• Background in financial statement review, budgeting, and analysis preferred
• Exposure to general ledger, GAAP Accounting beneficial.

The Accounting internship is a full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.
