Experience with budgeting, capital planning, or financial analysis is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Assist development of financial plans and models.
Identify projects for discretionary grant funding from state and federal programs.
Research funding sources and financing strategies for infrastructure projects.
Analyze financial, economic, and statistical data for projects.
Collect and process data from public sources for analyses.
Develop solutions addressing financial and policy issues for infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for data collection and analysis.
Prepare reports and technical documents.
Perform other duties as needed.
