Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Intern to support the technology platforms that enable operations. This paid summer role offers hands-on experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, storage, compute, networking, and automation, under experienced engineers.

You will gain practical exposure to reliability, security, and lifecycle management while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• This internship targets students pursuing IT, CS, or related technical disciplines.
• Foundational knowledge of OS, networking, cloud, and infrastructure services is expected.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support defined infrastructure assignments with focus on quality, security, and reliability.
• Help maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, inventories, and reports.
• Assist with data gathering for lifecycle planning and health assessments.
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change-management activities as needed.
• Learn and apply AI-assisted tools under guidance to accelerate tasks.
