Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Deep experience with containers and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures.
• Programming proficiency in Python and Rust, or willingness to learn Rust quickly.
• Proven ability to ship reliable infrastructure in production environments.

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Database scaling and optimization experience.
• Observability and monitoring expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Build infrastructure-as-code workflows to automate deployments and scaling.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain reliability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments.
• Support disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability of systems.
• Partner with product and research teams to design architectures that scale with workload demands.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in compute, storage, and networking.
• Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks across infrastructure.
