Profound, a rapidly growing AI marketing platform, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to scale our core systems in a high-velocity environment. You will design scalable architectures, implement IaC, and optimize deployments to handle explosive traffic.

You’ll collaborate with product, research, and operations to improve observability, reliability, and security. Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $260,000 with full benefits; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, and roles

Competenze

• Experience with cloud platforms; AWS preferred.
• Proficient with IaC tools and containers.
• Experience shipping production infrastructure.
• Strong observability and security fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain core infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Build infrastructure-as-code workflows to automate deployments and scaling.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain reliability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Support disaster recovery planning and high availability.
• Partner with product/research to design scalable architectures.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in compute/storage/networking.
• Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks across infrastructure.
