We're partnered with a rapidly growing AI company based in New York that reached $10M ARR within its first year and is continuing to scale quickly.

They're hiring a Infrastructure Software Engineer to help build and evolve the core systems that power their platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and operating the infrastructure and platform capabilities that enable the company to scale reliably as usage continues to grow.

The team is small, highly technical, and operates with a high degree of ownership. Engineers are trusted to make technical decisions, build systems end-to-end, and work closely with leadership on both architecture and execution.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Building and scaling infrastructure systems that support a rapidly growing platform
• Designing and developing distributed systems and backend services in Go
• Improving reliability, observability, and operational efficiency across production systems
• Building internal platforms, tooling, and services that enable engineers to move faster
• Working on resource management, orchestration, and platform scalability
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across production systems
• Contributing to the architecture of systems operating under significant scale and concurrency
• Taking ownership of critical infrastructure components from design through production

What They\'re Looking For

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Professional experience with Go/Golang
• Experience building infrastructure, platform, or distributed systems
• Experience operating and improving production systems at scale
• Strong understanding of reliability, observability, and performance
• Ability to work across multiple areas of the platform when required
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant systems
• Experience with orchestration or scheduling systems
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared infrastructure
• Startup or high-growth company experience
