Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Advanced Windows Server and strong Linux knowledge.
• Deep experience with VMware and virtualization platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting across systems, networking, and infrastructure layers.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical infrastructures across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and perform deep root cause analysis.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, patching, and management.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and patch compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to solve issues.
