Qualificações

• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and/or UNIX environments.
• Knowledge of server, virtual machine, networking, storage, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, or configuration management.
• Understanding of change management, incident response, and system testing practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents and service requests.
• Experience performing operating system and application maintenance, patching, and updates.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation and support procedures.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide after-hours support for infrastructure emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement monitoring, automation, configuration management, and reporting solutions to support highly automated environments, including Managed File Transfer (MFT) and SFTP.
• Install, configure, manage, and maintain servers, virtual machines, networking components, storage devices, and firewalls.
• Support technologies such as VMware, Progress, Connect:Direct, Windows, UNIX, and Check Point.
• Follow established change management, incident response, and testing processes when making changes to systems and software.
• Anticipate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and software issues.
• Document and resolve customer incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including operating system and application patching, application updates, generic ID maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for new and existing systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Define and document infrastructure best practices and support procedures.
• Provide after-hours support for infrastructure-related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
• Assist with hardware and software vendor evaluations, recommendations, and negotiations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and evidence.
• Collaborate with staff on technical infrastructure matters as needed.
