Job summary

Ondo Finance is building the platform for tokenized financial products and we’re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to join a distributed, remote‑first team. You’ll own Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and tooling used by every engineering squad.

You’ll collaborate with infra engineers and developers, fix production issues, write code and config for user‑facing apps, and gradually take on more ownership as you learn our systems.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new technologies and break things.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience: deploy, inspect, and debug workloads.
• Understanding of operating systems, especially Linux internals.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code approaches to infrastructure management.
• Understanding of the GitOps approach to application management.
• Experience with the Prometheus stack or monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to build reliable services.
• Help the team build and improve release processes, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Extend application monitoring and alerting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with infra engineers and developers.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and issues across services.
