Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is hiring multiple Software Engineers to join a fast-growing engineering team building the infrastructure behind a mission-critical fintech platform. You will work on large-scale backend and infrastructure challenges that enable other engineers to ship faster.

You will design scalable backend systems, improve CI/CD, monitor and automate, and collaborate across teams to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one additional backend programming language.
• Experience building or supporting backend infrastructure or core platform services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), distributed or event-driven systems, system scaling and performance optimization, caching technologies, or backend integrations.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.

• Improve developer experience through better CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, monitoring, and automation.

• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system resiliency, and help prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across the company to establish infrastructure best practices and maintain high engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one additional backend programming language.
• Experience building or supporting backend infrastructure or core platform services.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
