Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is seeking multiple AI Platform Engineers to own the infrastructure, developer platform, and AI tooling that enables engineering teams to move faster and ship more reliably.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal platforms, improve CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen security and reliability across the stack. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with opportunities to shape an AI-first engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Production infrastructure experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes & Docker, CI/CD and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.

We're hiring multiple AI Platform Engineers to help build the foundation of an AI-first engineering organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the infrastructure, developer platform, and AI tooling that enables engineering teams to move faster, ship more reliably, and build enterprise-scale products.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, monitoring, and developer productivity.
• Build AI-powered engineering workflows and tooling that accelerate software development.
• Strengthen platform security, compliance, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Evaluate and implement modern infrastructure, storage, and compute technologies.
• Resolve production incidents while driving long-term reliability improvements.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to enable fast, safe, and scalable product delivery.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Experience building and maintaining production infrastructure in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with:
  • Kubernetes & Docker
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Infrastructure reliability, monitoring, deployments, and rollbacks
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Experience scaling distributed systems and developer platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Startup experience, ideally growing with a Series A or Series B company.
• Previous Founder or Founding Engineer experience.
• Experience building AI-first engineering workflows or internal AI tooling.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, Cloudflare, SOC 2 environments, or developer productivity platforms.
• Background in modern B2B infrastructure companies such as developer tools, data platforms, or SaaS products.
• Degree from a top university.
