Role Overview:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field preferred. Several years of professional experience in an IT or technical role required. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience working with databases and familiarity with various programming environments preferred. Basic leadership and time management skills are beneficial. Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and continuously grow technical expertise. Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and supporting both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. On‑call support may be required. Compliance with company policies and professional standards is expected.
