Job summary

HNTB is seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Lead to steer infrastructure digital delivery initiatives from planning through operations. You will implement and integrate Bentley platforms, support model-based construction planning, and improve data-driven decision making across complex programs.

You will collaborate with project teams, owners, and technology partners to establish standards, governance, and scalable workflows that enhance collaboration and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of education, 17 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for infrastructure digital delivery solutions across planning, design, construction, and operations.
• Lead the technical implementation, integration, and optimization of infrastructure technology platforms (BIC, ProjectWise, SYNCHRO, iTwin, AssetWise).
• Develop and implement integrated design-to-construction workflows to improve collaboration.
• Design and support CDEs and information management strategies for efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with teams to develop scalable technology solutions aligned with project objectives.
