Qualifications

• Deep experience implementing and integrating infrastructure technology platforms.
• Expertise with Bentley technology ecosystem (BIC, ProjectWise, SYNCHRO, OpenRoads, OpenBridge Modeler, iTwin).
• Ability to connect planning, design, construction, and operations with digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead service-improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
• Work with IT solutions, architecture, utility, and cloud services.
• Act as technical lead for enterprise data management platform implementation for CRM redesign.
• Manage user accounts, directory access, and server permissions.
• Manage in-house internet services.
• Train customers on software and hardware as requested.
• Develop and architect software, databases, third-party integrations, internationalization, and infrastructure.
• Sponsor roadmap and analyze failures across system hardware, firmware, software, and network topology.
• Contribute to marketing collateral and support RFP/RFI responses.
