Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate Civil Engineering program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Willingness to learn in a flexible, cross-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and work outdoors when required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans for public infrastructure projects.
• Use Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, or related software to prepare and check drawings, layouts, and estimates.
• Assist with creation and submission of technical reports, exhibits, and presentations.
• Conduct field reviews and other assessments.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data and work products.
• Travel to project sites to gather field data and interface with clients and public agency staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold company values.
