Citrin Cooperman is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Manager who also acts as Delivery Manager for infrastructure projects. You will run the infrastructure intake process, track projects end-to-end, and deliver timely metrics to stakeholders.

This role collaborates with operations, engineering, vendors, and business teams to ensure projects are well governed and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate brings 8–12+ years in IT infrastructure, strong governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ISO 27001 awareness are a plus.
• 8–12+ years in IT infrastructure, including experience running infrastructure projects and programs.
• Experience operating an intake or demand management process for infrastructure or IT requests.
• Strong background in metrics, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting.
• Awareness of security fundamentals, automation, IaC, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with ITSM, project management, and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Design, refine, and manage the Infrastructure Projects Intake process and workflows.
• Own and run intake queue, prioritization, and approval with stakeholders.
• Manage delivery of infrastructure projects from initiation to handover, including cloud migrations and data center moves.
• Lead go‑live readiness reviews, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Publish delivery and operations metrics via dashboards and scorecards.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and cross‑functional teams for on‑time delivery.
• Ensure security, automation, IaC, and DevOps practices are incorporated.
• Track budgets, forecast resources, and report status to leadership.
