Cboe Global Markets is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead engineering teams across Global Infrastructure in Chicago. The role focuses on technical fluency, architecture discussions, deployment strategies, and operational tradeoffs.

Responsibilities include driving roadmaps, coordinating migrations and production changes, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication while mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Takes ownership of outcomes with honest communication and escalation when needed.
• 3–7 years of PM experience in technology or infrastructure environments leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure domains like network engineering, data centers, systems administration, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical status for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms within structured PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through full project lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Build and maintain roadmaps aligning technical execution with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including migrations, deployments, and production changes.
• Serve as primary coordination point across infrastructure engineering teams.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to avoid blockers.
