Cboe Global Markets is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead engineering teams across Global Infrastructure in Chicago. The role focuses on technical fluency, architecture discussions, deployment strategies, and operational tradeoffs.
Responsibilities include driving roadmaps, coordinating migrations and production changes, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication while mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Infrastructure Project Management is redefining strategic execution at Cboe—transforming how Global Infrastructure delivers innovation through disciplined intake, transparent roadmaps, and relentless accountability.
The Infrastructure Project Manager partners with engineering teams across Global Infrastructure to deliver complex technical initiatives. This is not a generalist PM role—success requires genuine technical fluency across infrastructure domains and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and operational tradeoffs.
Projects span the full infrastructure stack including data center strategy, network architecture, platform modernization, enterprise systems, automation, observability, and security initiatives. The person in this position serves as the central point of coordination for projects spanning multiple infrastructure domains—translating complexity into clear plans, aligning competing priorities, and driving accountability from kickoff through production deployment.
Cboe HQ is located in the historic Old Post Office district in Chicago.
