Qualifications

• Nine years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• At least four years of management experience; transit experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree as stated in education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and operating construction projects and manage staffing, equipment, and budgets.
• Direct large-scale engineering and construction contracts and coordinate consultants and vendors.
• Develop and administer department goals, policies, and priorities for infrastructure delivery.
• Lead executive office functions and coordinate with Board of Directors and external agencies.
• Ensure timely project delivery, budget control, and alignment with district priorities.
