Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cost/ construction focus.
• Cost Manager: 2+ years of cost management experience; Hybrid.
• Senior Cost Manager: 5+ years; On-Site/Hybrid.
• Lead Consultant: 7+ years; Local or Relocated.
• Associate Director: 10+ years; Local or Relocated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify risks and maintain the project’s Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre-contract cost discussions.
• Create and manage cost control reports.
• Attend client meetings and document key actions.
• Participate in design meetings and assess cost implications.
• Develop standardized project templates for documentation.
• Prepare and manage change order and invoice logs.
• Oversee measurements and pricing for appraisals and reviews.
• Flexible: remote/onsite/office mix.
• Some in-person collaboration with clients and teams.
