RSM is seeking an Infrastructure Consulting Associate to work with client companies, installing, implementing and supporting advanced systems and network infrastructure. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to modern workplace technologies.

Ideal candidates have a recent MIS/CS/IT degree, a 3.0+ GPA, strong Office/Visio knowledge, and a willingness to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in MIS, CS, or IT-related field.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Apple and Windows hardware/software.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users to resolve hardware or software issues.
• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers and network related issues.
• Perform systems administration for Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstations across multiple clients.
• Develop IT operations plans to effectively manage and maintain a technology environment.
• Assist in client infrastructure assessments and IT audits.
• Migrate client on-premise infrastructure to cloud workloads in Azure or AWS.
• Assist in collaboration upgrades and deployments (VoIP, video conferencing).
• Support modernization of workplace solutions to empower the workforce.
