Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in California seeks an experienced Owner’s Representative to lead large‑scale infrastructure programs. You’ll provide executive oversight of construction, schedule and budget, and coordinate across engineering, construction, and operations to deliver projects on time and safely.

Based onsite with clients in Monterey County, San Jose, or San Francisco, you’ll mentor teams, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of construction management experience on large infrastructure or transit projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $50M+ (preferably much larger).
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience managing major contracts of similar size and scope.
• Valid California Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s representative in all aspects of project delivery.
• Provide executive-level oversight of construction activities, staff, and consultants.
• Lead Resident Engineers, inspectors, project controls staff and support personnel.
• Maintain full accountability for project-wide safety performance.
• Monitor schedule and budget performance, reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, and operational interfaces.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, and change management.
