Job description

Overview

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough." You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

Work
  • You’ll build, scale, and lead Accenture I&CP’s Clean Mobility capability on the U.S. East Coast, strengthening market presence, defining growth strategy, and delivering against priority accounts and revenue targets.
  • You’ll expand Accenture’s leadership in fleet decarbonization and zero‑emission mobility, with a focus on transit agencies, port authorities, municipalities, utilities, and select private‑sector fleet operators.
  • You’ll originate, shape, and close Clean Mobility opportunities spanning fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, depot modernization, grid interconnection, and long‑term decarbonization roadmaps.
  • You’ll serve as an executive sponsor for priority clients, building and sustaining senior‑level relationships and positioning Accenture as a trusted partner across the full program lifecycle.
  • You’ll lead and support business development, capture, and proposal efforts, shaping deal strategy, pricing, teaming models, and differentiated win themes.
  • You’ll identify emerging policy, funding, and regulatory drivers and translate them into actionable client opportunities and market offerings.
  • You’ll leverage and grow a strong East Coast Clean Mobility network, using existing relationships establishing new strategic partnerships.
  • You’ll collaborate with Accenture’s Industry X, Utilities, Energy, Transportation, and Sustainability teams to bring integrated, cross‑portfolio solutions to market.
  • You’ll provide executive‑level technical oversight for fleet electrification and charging infrastructure programs, including fleet transition planning, phased deployments, and operational readiness.
  • You’ll guide charging strategy, load management, utility coordination, and interconnection, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and resilient.
  • You’ll advise on civil, electrical, and systems integration challenges, supporting constructability, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.
  • You’ll support execution teams through escalation management and strategic guidance, ensuring programs meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations aligned with Accenture standards.
  • You’ll recruit, mentor, and develop Clean Mobility talent across the East Coast, building a high‑performing, multidisciplinary leadership bench.
  • You’ll establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and repeatable offerings for fleet decarbonization and charging infrastructure programs.
  • You’ll contribute to thought leadership and market positioning, strengthening Accenture’s Clean Mobility point of view and brand leadership.
