Job Overview

We are seeking a Pursuit Manager to oversee proposal development, qualification materials, and strategic pursuits within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects division. This role involves managing proposal activities, developing marketing assets, and collaborating with technical teams to enhance our success rate in project awards.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee creation and refinement of qualification materials, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
2. Facilitate proposal activities, review RFP/RFQ documentation, and coordinate production schedules.
3. Develop and manage proposal review schedules with leadership and ensure timely submissions.
4. Participate in go/no-go evaluations, resource assessment, and pursuit planning.
5. Assist in crafting competitive analyses and developing winning strategies.
6. Support pre-proposal marketing campaigns and collateral development.
7. Meet or exceed deadlines, supporting industry-leading hit rates.
8. Identify process improvements and collaborate on implementing efficiencies.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in architecture/engineering/construction or related industry, with proposal management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint or Teams.
• Technical skills in proposal and marketing collateral creation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools like Salesforce, Deltek, Cosential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Details
