Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC seeks a Scheduler to plan and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, integrating with K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics for effective project delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or 4–6 years without a degree, and is onsite with client sites to support collaboration and successful outcomes.

• Publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
• Coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
• Ensure adherence to WBS, global codes, and templates.

The Work

• Will create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Will integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
• Will generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
• Will coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
• Will ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
• Will publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
• Will integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Will support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.
• Will provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
• Will attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• High school diploma.
• 2‑4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4‑6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1 M.

Bonus Points to Have

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one‑on‑one and group settings.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year.

This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus and/or relocation reimbursement allowance.
