Responsibilities & Qualifications

• You’ll manage and process project documentation, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, vendor submissions, and other related files.
• You’ll use Procore to upload, organize, track, and maintain project records, ensuring easy access and up‑to‑date documentation.
• You’ll coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
• You’ll review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
• You’ll maintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
• You’ll generate periodic reports on documentation status, pending submissions, and approvals.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering project environment.
• Proficiency in using Procore for document management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, including engineering drawings and project sub‑missions, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
